Avid Smoker- Would not want a smoking ban in place. They would want to smoke whenever, wherever.
Retailer- Would not want a smoking ban in place. They would lose business with a smoking ban.
Restaurant Owner-Would not want a smoking ban. They could also lose business with people who would have to leave to smoke.
Tobacco Farmer- Would not want a smoking ban. They would also lose business and lose money.
Health Educator-Would want a smoking ban. They would want to promote healthier environments and healthier lives.
Parents with Preschool Children- Would want a smoking ban. They would probably not want their kids around smokers, and secondhand smoke.
Middle Age Man stopping smoking- Would probably want a smoking ban. He would like to not be able to smoke in a place. It would promote him to smoke less.

Avid Smoker: Would not want the smoking ban. They smoke publicly, privately, anywhere, anytime and they don’t care about keeping their smoke to themselves.
Retailer: Would not want the smoking ban. A ban on smoking in public would result in a decrease in tobacco sales and they would lose money.
Restaurant Owner: Could go either way. If they don’t like the smoke in their restaurant then they would want the smoking ban. If they didn’t want to lose the smokers business in their restaurant then they wouldn’t want the ban.
Tobacco Farmer: Would not want a smoking ban. The smoking ban would cause them to lose lots of money because people wouldn’t be able to smoke as much and they wouldn’t buy as many tobacco products.
Health Educator: Would want the smoking ban. As a health educator, they would know all about the harmful effects of smoking and second hand smoke and would think that a ban on smoking would be a great idea.
Parents with young children: Would want the smoking ban. Parents would want to protect their children from the effects of smoke and would like that they wouldn’t be exposed to smoke in public places due to the band.
Middle Aged Man who is quitting smoking: Would want the smoking ban. The ban would help him quit and reduce the temptations of smoking wherever.

the avid smoker would not want the ban. The retailer it would depend if they were a smoker or not because it would effect his descion. The restaurant owner wouldnt care because either way they bring in business.
The tobcco farmer would defintley not want the ban because he wouldnt be able to make a living. A hetalth educator would want the smoking ban becaue he must do what he preachs. And the parents would want the ban so that their children could grow up in a smoke free enviroment

the avid smoker would not want the ban because they to smoke. The retailer would not want the smoking ban, because a ban on smoking in the public would result in a decrease in tobacco sales and they would lose money. The restaurant owner could go either. If a restaurant owner did not like smoking then they would want the smoking ban, but if the owner did not want to lose business then they would not want the ban.
Middle Aged Man who is quitting smoking: could go either way because they could want the ban to help fight off the temptions of smoking. Also they could not want the ban because they like to smoke to help them feel better.

An avid smoker: Would not want a smoking ban because of course they smoke and feel they have a right to smoke wherever they want.
Retailer: would not want a smoking ban because it would decrease the amount of people that might want to buy a place. it would decrease the retailers sales.
The restraunt owner: would care because if there is a smoking ban at there restraunt people who smoke are less likely to eat there.
Tabacco Farmer: would not want a smoking ban because he would lose money because there would be less people buying it.
Health Educator: would want a smoking ban because he knows the side affects and why it is bad for people to smoke.
Parent with a young child: would want a smoking ban so that there children wont be around smoke and have the temptations of smoking.
A Middle-aged Man trying to quit smoking: Might want a smoking ban to help him stop smoking but might not want it so when he thinks he needs to smoke he can smoke anywhere.

I think the No smoking ban is good. People shouldn’t have to sit in smoke if they do not want to. Businesses that did have smoking wouldn’t lose business because people that hate smoke would go to the business.

I honestly dont care one way or the other. Its the smokers choice if they want to ruin their life by smoking. It is also everyone elses choice if they mind/dontmind being around it.

Avid smoker- I think that a avid smoker obvisiously would throw a fit if they could not smoke in a public area because they like to smoke quit often. They would probably try to get a group together and try to fight it. To me they don’t care about second hand smoke and obvisiously not about their health either.
A retailer- A retailer who sales tobacco, chew, etc.. would probably not mind so much because as long as the people are still smoking regardless of where they are, they could still buy tobacco, etc from the retailer to go smoke in a private area. The retailer would still be making a profit.
Restaurant owner- A restaurant owner may care if people smoke in their restaurant because some people may not go eat at a particular restaurant since it allows public smoking. Many people hate the smell and look of smoke and will refuse to go to a certain place. If the owner made it a smoke free zone then she would probably receive more business from non smokers but lose her smokers.
Tobacco farmer- As long as the farmer is making a descent profit off of his tobacco he grew then I dont see why the farmer would be affected. The people who smoke will most likely keep smoking even if they cant smoke in a public area. I dont think this would affect the tobacco farmer too much.
Health educator- I think that the health educator tries to let a variety of people know what smoke does to someone and how it will affect your life now and in the future. The health educator may find it a good idea that you may not smoke in the pubic because it reduces second hand smoke to many others who are around it in the public.
Parents with children- I think the parents would appreciate having smoking band from public areas so that their children dont get exposed to smoke and second hand smoke or risk getting sick. A concerned parent would not want their young children around that kind of stuff.
Middle aged man- A middle aged man who is trying to quit smoking may like the fact that now he cant even smoke when he is out in public. This may help him in trying to quit his smoking habit.

Avid smoker- I would not like this
A retailer who sells tobacco in his/her store- I wouldnt like it
a restaurant owner- in a way it would be good because you’re restaurant wouldnt smell like smoke, but also it could be bad because you could lose business.
a tobacco farmer- I would not like it
a health educator- I would be happy
parents with two pre-school children- I would be happy because that would be helping my kids with second hand smoking.
a middle age man attempting to stop his smoking habit- i would like it because it could help me stop smoking

Tobacco Farmer- Would not want a smoking ban. would lose money
Health Educator -Would want a smoking ban. people will be healthier

Avid smoker- would not want a smoking ban. If there were one then the person would not be able to smoke all the time.
Retailer- would not want a smoking ban. If there were then they would go out of business because less people would smoke less.
A restaurant owner- would want it. People with families like to take their families out to a place with no smoke rather than with smoke.
A tobacco farmer- would not want the smoking ban. If there were a smoking ban then the farmer would go out of business because there would be nobody to buy tobacco.
A health educator- would want the smoking ban. People will be healthier and people will live longer.
Parents with two pre-school children-would agree with the smoking ban. It is very unhealthy for the kids to be around smoke.
a middle age man- Would agree with the smoking ban. If there are less places where he can smoke it might be easier for him to quit smoking.
